The Exhibits Session of NAACL-2001 will take place on Wednesday, June 6, the middle day of the main conference, in the Rangos ballroom on the Carnegie Mellon University campus.
There is a flat fee of $750.00 for participating in the Exhibits Session. Please note that the fee is waived for Gold and Silver conference sponsors . This fee includes:
The ballroom will be divided into two sections: 2/3 of the space will be reserved for booths (15-20 total slots available); the remaining 1/3 of the available space will be sectioned off for presentations (10-12 slots available). The booths are available for display of company materials, discussions with interested researchers, and demos of company products or technology. The presentations represent an excellent opportunity for your company to make the NLP community aware of your involvement in language technology. Presentations will last 15-20 minutes, and will run throughout the course of the day at 30-minute intervals.
Requests for exhibit booths will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis. On the form below, you will be asked to indicate your preference for booth, presentation, or BOTH. If you are requesting to give a presentation, a short description (200 words or less) of the focus and content of the presentation should be provided in the ``Presentation Description'' slot. Arrangements for payment will be made after the final list of participants is determined.
