Student Club
During the main conference, a room will be reserved as a Student Club, where students attending EACL can meet their peers for birds-of-a-feather meetings, impromptu demos, or just a social chat.
Pope's palace visit
April 25, 18:00-20:00
A free guided visit to the Pope's palace is organised for all registered people to the main conference. It is a nice opportunity to visit it.
"The Palace of the Popes stands as the mighty symbol of the church’s influence throughout the western Christian world in the 14th century. Construction was started in 1335 and completed in less than twenty years under the leadership of two builder popes, Benedict XII and his successor Clement VI. The Popes’ Palace is the biggest Gothic palace in all of Europe (15,000 m2 of floor space, which is the equivalent of 4 Gothic cathedrals)."
Banquet
April 26, 20:00-01:00
The banquet will take place in the Espace Jeanne Laurent, close to the Popes Palace and with a nice view to the Rhone river.
