This site accepts registration from non-PRC participants only. PRC participants should register via the local organizing committee. Further information is available here.

The process of each registration takes 3 steps:

1. Filling out the Registration Form
2. Confirmation of Registration Details
3. Email Acknowledgment

The email acknowledgment will consist of your registration details and also a form for you to fill out your credit card payment information. After receiving the email acknowledgment, please complete the form, print a hardcopy, and mail/fax to us.

Registrations for the Main Conference and Satellite Symposium are charged individually. The email acknowledgments for Main Conference and Satellite Symposium are, therefore, sent separately. If you register for both, please complete both forms and send to us.

We only accept payment in credit cards. The calculation of total payment will be done in US dollars, but the final payment will be charged to your credit card account in HK dollars with the official conversion rate US$1 = HK$7.8.

Cancellation Policy:

Requests for refunds of the registration fee (less 30% administration charge) will be honored only if they are received by 29 February 2004. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after that date or for non-attendance. Authors registered for accepted papers are not eligible for refunding.
