Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Each hall is equiped with a beamer, a microphon for the speakers, and a laptop which the speakers can use for their presentations. The laptops work under Windows and have PowerPoint and Adobe Reader installed. The speakers may also use their own laptops. However, they should make sure to bring the proper adapter for the 2-pin European electricity plugs. Important for Mac users: please, bring your own adapter to connect to the beamer!

Poster Sessions

The boards for all poster presentations have A0 format with portrait (vertical) orientation. You are responsible for putting up and removing your poster. Posters which are not removed after a poster session will be disposed of! Everything needed for attaching the posters to the boards will be provided onsite.
