1. Please use the IJCNLP-04 LaTeX style files or Microsoft Word template to prepare your camera-ready paper. Note that the style files have been slightly modified to suit A4 format, so please make sure you use the updated style files.
2. Each paper should not exceed eight (8) pages, including references. Papers for poster presentation are limited to six (6) pages. 3. Please AVOID COUNTRY NAMES in your affiliation and address on the camera-ready final paper. For example, please write “Columbia University, New York” and “University of Tokyo, Tokyo” instead of “Columbia University, USA” and “University of Tokyo, Japan”. This is the policy of IJCNLP-04. We would also like to ask for the cooperation from all authors to make sure that no sensitive wordings appear in the papers which are likely to cause hiccups and delay in the printing of the proceedings and their delivery to Hainan Island. 4. DO NOT put page numbers on your paper. 5. The deadline for submitting your camera-ready paper is 24 January 2004 (12:00 noon Hong Kong time). Please note that this is an ABSOLUTE deadline. No extension will be possible as we are working with an extremely tight schedule. Your paper must therefore reach us on or before that date to ensure it will be included in the proceedings. 6. Please submit your paper IN PDF FORMAT with all non-ASCII fonts embedded, by email to rlolivia@cityu.edu.hk, with the subject line “IJCNLP Final Paper”. Either zip your file and send it as an email attachment, or put it somewhere on the web for downloading and send us the link. 7. At least one author from each accepted paper should register for the conference by 24 January 2004 to avoid removal of the paper from the program. Each author can register for one paper only. Registration details can be found here. 8. Please complete and sign the copyright transfer form. Send it or fax it to:
