Accomodation Conditions

AIM Group International Sofia office has been appointed to assist you as official DMC of the Meeting. AIM Group International Sofia office will be glad to quickly help you to identify the best solutions, venues, services in order to obtain a complete and integrated service as far as your attendance to the 51st Annual Meeting of The Association for Computational Linguistics is concerned. AIM Group International has selected the most suitable restaurants, venues for special events, transfer suppliers, assistants.

Representatives of AIM Group Sofia will be available at an Information Booth (near Registration) throughout the conference to provide regional and local advice and assistance with hotels.

Please ensure your hotel reservation is made by 14th July 2013. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.

From 15th July 2013 you can send a request for hotel reservation to sofia@aimgroup.eu.

A large number of rooms at preferential rates in different price categories have been reserved in Sofia for the period of the Meeting. The Congress venue, the National Palace of Culture, is either in walking distance or accessible by public transport. 

PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer under the following conditions:

CREDIT CARDS
AIM Group International Sofia office will charge the total amount of the reservation in EUR from the given credit card and a document will be sent out as confirmation. Reservation fee of 10 EUR will be charged to the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking.

All other additional services or consumption on spot in the hotels will be charged directly by the hotel to the delegate upon check out. AIM Group International Sofia office will be at your disposal for any information or help about hotel reservations.

BANK TRANSFERS 
Payments equivalent to the total amount of the reservations in EUR should be received in the bank account of AIM Sofia within 7 days from the date of the reservation. After this period the reservation will be considered as cancelled if a payment is not received.

Bank transfer expenses are 100% applied to the delegate.
