Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International Sofia office (by regular e-mail or fax) according to the following conditions:

AIM Group International Sofia office reserves the right to charge the given credit card or the already paid hotel reservation through bank transfer the following cancellation fees:

*Please note that the reservation fee of 10 EUR is NON-refundable!

- Before 1st of June 2013: the total amount of the reservation will be refunded to the delegate
- From 2nd June till 31st July 2013: one night’s accommodation will be charged and the difference from the total amount of the reservation will be refunded to the delegate
- After 1st August 2013: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable unless the guest provides official proof of Force Majeure circumstances such as decline of visa, illness, hospitalization, accident. In case of Force Majeure only one night penalty will be charged
- No show, amendments and cancellations after 1st August 2013: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable
